Family: Anna really only has her two brothers now because her parents have become lost to her. She cares deeply for her twin eleven year old brothers (Ewan and Oliver). Her father died when she was seven and she has lost her mother to the world of alcoholism and men.

History & Personality: Growing up, Annabel Brown didn’t have the luxury of simply being a child, because at the tender age of seven, her father’s life was cut tragically short. When her mother turned to men and alcohol to help ease her pain, Anna had take on the responsibly of caring for herself and her two younger siblings. She couldn’t go out with friends, and she rarely had the chance to focus on her school work. It wasn’t until Anna got her acceptance letter from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry that she finally did something for herself. She felt a great deal of guilt for leaving her brothers, but knew it would only be a matter of time until they joined her at the world’s most prestigious school of magic.

Now in her sixth year, Annabel is an intelligent and bubbly student, who is living proof that at Hogwarts, they “sort too soon”. During her sorting, the hat recognized the seemingly ‘selfish’ choices she’d had to fulfill her ambition of attending Hogwarts and believed that this was something she’d do more in the future, but it couldn’t have been more wrong. Many of the Slytherin students bully Annabel for her friendly and helpful attitude, but she believes that if a bit of name calling is the price to pay for the pleasure of being herself, then so be it.

Worst subject: It used to be Herbology but somehow Anna got out of taking Herbology for the rest of her Howgwarts career. She doesn’t mind Arithmancy but it tends to get boring at times because Anna is so bright.

Dislikes:

• Being judged, bloodstatus, alcoholics, her mother, arrogant people, being called names, and seeing people hex others for no reason whatsoever. 

Fears: Losing her brothers, losing her friends to death, death itself, having no friends, being hexed, falling off a cliff, and dying alone.
